Introducing ifluencer — transparency as the product

  • transparency

Influencer marketing runs on trust, and almost none of its money moves in the open. A brand pays a flat fee and hopes. A creator posts, waits, and chases an invoice. Somewhere between them sits an agency margin nobody quotes and a reach number nobody can verify. Both sides are guessing, and both sides know it.

ifluencer is our answer to that: a marketplace where the numbers are the same for everyone looking at them.

One ledger, two readers

Every collaboration on ifluencer has a ledger. When a sale lands, the split is written out line by line — what the customer paid, the creator's commission, the business proceeds, and the platform fee taken from each side. The brand and the creator see identical figures, because they are reading the same rows.

That constraint shaped the product more than any other. Money is stored as integer cents, never a rounded float. Fee percentages are basis points. A refund is applied against the cumulative refunded total rather than apportioned on its own, so five partial refunds add back up to the original capture exactly. None of that is visible on a landing page, and all of it is the reason two people can argue about a campaign without arguing about the arithmetic.

Attribution instead of reach

Every partnership gets a tracked link and a landing page. A click is recorded, bot and duplicate traffic is filtered out once — in one place, so no dashboard can quietly re-derive it differently — and a sale that follows is attributed to the creator who drove it. A typed promo code counts too, and beats a stale click.

The effect is that a brand's campaign ROI and a creator's earnings are the same query over the same lines. Neither side can be shown a friendlier version.

What is live today

  • Offer board — brands post collaborations with the commission stated up front; creators browse and apply. No cold outreach, no quote-only pricing.
  • Creative approval — brand guidelines in, submissions back, sign-off before anything publishes.
  • Tracked landing pages — a unique page and link per partnership, with clicks and conversions attributed in real time.
  • Automatic split payouts — when a sale clears, the creator's share and the business proceeds are paid out on schedule. No invoicing, no chasing.
  • Two-way reviews — creators rate brands with the same weight brands rate creators, and a review is only revealed once both sides have written one.

What comes next

More reporting, deeper analytics, and packages for teams running always-on programs. What will not change is the rule the whole thing is built on: if we take a fee, you can see it, on the same line, at the same time as everyone else.
