DRAFT — placeholder pending review by legal counsel

Terms of service

Last updated: not yet published. This document is a non-binding placeholder and will be replaced by counsel-approved text before the platform's public launch.

These placeholder terms outline the intended structure of the agreement between ifluencer and its users. Nothing on this page constitutes a binding agreement or legal advice.

1. The service

ifluencer operates a two-sided marketplace connecting businesses and influencers. Businesses post collaboration offers; influencers apply, share tracked links, and earn commissions on attributed sales. Final terms describing accounts, eligibility, and acceptable use will appear here.

2. Fees and payouts

The platform retains a percentage from each side of every completed sale. All fees are itemized on the transaction ledger visible to both parties. Definitive fee schedules, payout timing, refund and chargeback handling will be specified in the final terms.

3. Content and creative approval

Influencers retain rights to their creative work subject to the usage terms agreed per collaboration. Brands approve creative before publication. Detailed intellectual-property and licensing provisions will be added by counsel.

4. Reviews

Both parties may review each other after a collaboration. Reviews must be truthful and comply with community guidelines to be published in the final terms.

5. Liability and disputes

Limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, and dispute-resolution provisions will be drafted by counsel prior to launch.
