DRAFT — placeholder pending review by legal counsel

Privacy policy

Last updated: not yet published. This document is a non-binding placeholder and will be replaced by counsel-approved text before the platform's public launch.

This placeholder outlines the intended structure of ifluencer's privacy practices. It is not the operative policy and will be replaced with counsel-approved text before launch.

1. Data we collect

Account details (name, email), business or creator profile information, and transaction data required to attribute sales and execute payouts. The final policy will enumerate every category of data collected and its lawful basis.

2. How we use data

To operate the marketplace: matching offers, tracking attributed sales, executing split payouts, and displaying the transparency ledger to both parties of a transaction. Marketing-communication practices and analytics tooling will be documented here.

3. Sharing

Transaction details are shared between the two parties of each collaboration by design — that is the transparency model. Payment processors and hosting providers act as processors. A complete sub-processor list will be published.

4. Your rights

Access, correction, deletion, and portability rights, along with the applicable supervisory mechanisms (e.g. GDPR, CCPA), will be detailed by counsel before launch.

5. Retention and security

Data-retention periods, encryption practices, and breach-notification procedures will be specified in the final policy.
